Cómo participar
The 1st International Conference on “Future Internet – Infrastructures and Enablers” (FINE) will be held under the EAI International Conference on Future Internet and Internet of Things Applications. The conference will be co-located with AFI360° Summit.

FINE 2016 aims at progressing and advancing on topics of high relevance with Future Internet’s impact on technology, governance, and innovation. It focuses on the contribution and role of Future Internet on the current and emerging infrastructures which largely impact shaping of cities, communities, and governance.

 
FINE builds on the fact that Future Internet testbeds and their flourishing Future Internet enablers have radically changed the ways of interacting, living and socializing.

Professor at the Department of Informatics of Aristotle University, Thessaloniki, Greece since 1997, where she’s leading the research group of Web data management.

 
·         Miguel Gonzalez Mendoza

Professor at the Department of Computer Sciences and Head of the Graduate Programs on Computer Sciences of Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico. Member of the Mexican National System of Researchers, Level II.

 
 
General Information

 
Topics: all Future Internet domains, research or applications. Both research papers presenting new results, and extended abstracts with provoking ideas and work-in-progress, shedding light on Future Internet from all involved disciplines and especially papers crossing rigid disciplines boundaries.

 
Workshops, industrial applications track, demos, and tutorials.

 

Keynotes

 
Professor Schahram Dustdar

Schahram Dustdar is Full Professor of Computer Science and head of the Distributed Systems Group at the TU Vienna. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Computing (an SCI-ranked journal of Springer). Dustdar is recipient of the ACM Distinguished Scientist award (2009), the IBM Faculty Award (2012), and an IEEE Fellow (2016). Dustdar is a member of the Academia Europea: The Academy of Europe.

 

There will be another keynote talks and discussion panels from research about Future Internet.

DBLP, Google Scholar, Thomson Scientific ISI Proceedings, EI Elsevier Engineering Index, CrossRef, Scopus, as well as ICST's own EU Digital Library (EUDL).

 
A special issue of ACM/Springer MONET will be allocated for selected papers of FINE 2016 Conference. In addition, recommended authors will be considered for inclusion in the EAI Endorsed Transactions on Future Internet.

 

Deadlines

·         January 15th, 2016: Submissions of papers

·         February 25th, 2016: Notification of acceptance for papers

·         March 25th, 2016: Camera-ready version of papers
