California system.
CENIC
president/executive director Tom West stated, “Jim brings a
wealth of skills and expertise to help implement a set of bold,
new initiatives to sustain California’s legacy as the center

and government partners. Moreover, Dolgonas’ will be a huge
asset as we chart a roadmap for an evolutionary statewide broadband
infrastructure to serve these diverse constituencies.”
