The Latin American Center for Rural Development (RIMISP) - with the support of Canada's International Development Research Centre's (IDRC) Urban Poverty and Environment program - invites public service organizations (municipalities, public services businesses, territorial organizations, offices of sanitary and health organizations, etc.), NGOs, research centres, teaching establishments and individual researchers to present proposals on"Successful Experiences of Municipal Environmental Management Policies for Small and Medium-Sized Cities in Latin America and the Caribbean," specifically referred to as the integrated, participatory and equitable management of water.
